1. General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the PANNELTAC OÜ webshop at www.panneltac.com. The terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

PANNELTAC OÜ primarily designs and manufactures its own products, such as:

  • Made-to-order pistol holsters, produced in your selected configuration (pistol model, handedness, light or optic compatibility, color, or fabric wrap)

  • Ready-made tactical gear

If products from third-party manufacturers are offered, they will be clearly identified as such in the product description.

2. Products and Orders

  • Ready-made items are shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items (e.g., pistol holsters) are typically produced within up to 15 business days.

If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing it to confirm estimated delivery time.

All products are intended for lawful use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring their lawful use in accordance with their local regulations.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard — processed securely through Shopify Payments

    • Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Revolut — processed through Maksekeskus AS (Estonian payment service provider, maksekeskus.ee)

    • PayPal

    • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by your browser or device)

  • When paying via bank link, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment. PANNELTAC OÜ does not process or store your banking credentials. Maksekeskus AS acts as the payment intermediary and is responsible for the secure transmission of payment data.

  • An order is considered confirmed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping

  • We ship to all EU countries.

  • Shipments are handled via Omniva. Shipping selection, parcel locker availability and order dispatch automation are managed through Maksekeskus AS as our shipping integration partner.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Ready-made gear: dispatched within 1–3 business days

    • Made-to-order items: dispatched within up to 15 business days

Please note: PANNELTAC OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Warranty

As a consumer purchasing online from the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from most purchases, including made-to-order items such as pistol holsters configured from our standard options (pistol model, handedness, light or optic compatibility, color, fabric wrap). Selecting from these options does not remove your right of withdrawal.

Only genuinely individually personalized items — made to your specific individual input, such as custom measurements or requested engraving — are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law. Any such item will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the point of purchase, before you complete your order.

Full return and warranty terms, including return shipping costs, refund timelines, and statutory warranty coverage, are defined in our separate Returns Policy. Please review it before placing your order.

6. Liability

PANNELTAC OÜ is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or incompatibility, unless specific performance requirements were communicated to us before the order was placed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the two-year warranty described in our Returns Policy, which cannot be limited or excluded by these Terms.

7. Personal Data

Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Estonian and EU data protection laws (GDPR).
