Overview

A compact IFAK pouch built for MOLLE or belt carry, sized around a standard trauma loadout. The removable insert is made from a thin 4-way stretch fabric to keep its footprint as small as possible and is designed to be carried in the pouch/sleeve provided — but it can also be pulled and carried on its own in a pants pocket, GP pouch or wherever makes sense. If you need to drop the belt or plate carrier for a specific task, you can grab just the insert and keep your trauma kit on you. The insert uses a perforated grid, letting you position the shock cord retention loops to suit your kit. It pulls free from either end of the pouch via webbing handles. The outer shell closes with a drawstring cord-lock on both sides for quick access. A separate elastic dangler with an integrated shears sleeve carries the tourniquet and trauma shears. It's a standalone piece by design: mount it above or below the pouch body, move it anywhere else on your kit or leave it off entirely to keep the IFAK as slim as possible.

  • Materials: 500D CORDURA® / FOXDURA fabrics and laminates

  • Weather resistance: Splash and rain resistant; not waterproof if submerged, resistance depends on how tightly the cord-lock closure is cinched
