PANNELTAC HDM-1 CORDURA Wrap
Overview
The HDM-1 CORDURA® Wrap is a laser-cut fabric overlay designed specifically for the HDM-1 Holster Drop Mount. Made from genuine CORDURA® fabric (FOXDURA® in ESTDCU and M05) and backed with 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape, it peels and sticks directly onto the mount. It kills the reflective surface of the anodized aluminium, brings the mount in line with the rest of your kit and keeps you NIR compliant — same material used across all PANNELTAC pouches and accessories.

Installation
Important: This wrap uses a pressure-activated adhesive. For the best bond:
- Apply at room temperature. Cold surfaces weaken the bond.
- Clean and degrease the mounting surface.
- Before peeling the backing paper, remove all the small cut-out pieces (screw holes, slots and other cutouts). The backing paper is one piece, so this is easiest to do first.
- Peel the backing and position the wrap.
- Press firmly over every section with your fingers. For an even stronger bond, warm the wrap and the mount with a hair dryer first.
- Let the adhesive cure for a few hours before mounting any screws. Full bond strength is reached after 24 hours.
