The sleeve system on a brand-new belt is intentionally very stiff — inserting the male side into the sleeve may feel almost impossible at first. This is due to the extremely tight tolerances. Once the material wears in, the sleeve will maintain its function with minimal to no slack. Expect a few hours of continuous use before it loosens to its optimal fit.

Waist measurement in cm. Measure your waist where you plan to wear the belt. The adjustment range is set for optimal comfort and sleeve system function.
